Terms of Service

By accessing or using Mayhem AI ("the App"), accessible at social.mayhemworld.io, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

1. The App

Mayhem AI is a social media scheduling and management platform operated by Mayhem World Entertainment at social.mayhemworld.io. It allows authorized users to connect their social media accounts (TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, X, and others) and schedule or publish content through a unified dashboard.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and have the legal authority to enter into this agreement to use Mayhem AI.

3. Your Account

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your Mayhem AI account.
• Notify us immediately at support@mayhemworld.io if you suspect unauthorized access.

4. TikTok Integration & API Usage

Mayhem AI uses the TikTok Content Posting API to publish content to your TikTok account. By connecting your TikTok account to Mayhem AI, you:

• Authorize Mayhem AI to post content to your TikTok account on your behalf using the video.publish scope.
• Confirm that all content you schedule through Mayhem AI for TikTok complies with TikTok's Terms of Service, Community Guidelines, and Developer Terms.
• Acknowledge that Mayhem AI is not affiliated with or endorsed by TikTok.
• Understand that you may revoke TikTok access at any time through your TikTok account settings or the Mayhem AI dashboard.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use Mayhem AI to:

• Post spam, misleading content, or content that violates any platform's terms of service.
• Impersonate any person or entity.
• Violate any applicable law or regulation.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the App or its infrastructure.
• Circumvent any security or rate-limiting measures.

6. Content Responsibility

You retain full ownership of and responsibility for any content you schedule or publish through Mayhem AI. Mayhem World Entertainment is not liable for content you publish to any third-party platform.

7. Service Availability

Mayhem AI is provided "as is." We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. Scheduled posts may fail due to API rate limits, platform outages, or other factors beyond our control. We are not liable for missed or failed posts.

8. Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your Mayhem AI account for violation of these Terms. You may also delete your account at any time by contacting support@mayhemworld.io.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Mayhem World Entertainment shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of Mayhem AI.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, United States.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Changes are effective when posted at this URL. Continued use of Mayhem AI after changes constitutes acceptance.
